Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board offers many services that help students reach their full potential. Whether you are a student enrolled at the elementary or secondary level, or learning in your adult years, our experienced staff members are here to ensure your success.
If you require English as a Second Language Assessment, Academic Credit Assessment, a student transcript, or applications for VISA students or Foreign Exchange Programs, the Assessment Centre is the placed to start.
HWDSB offers International Educational Opportunities and serves International Students who are interested in studying in Hamilton and those who wish to study abroad.
Continuing education is a critical piece of a strong publicly funded education system. Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board offers Community and Continuing Education to educate students of all ages to become lifelong learners.
E-BEST, which is the Evidence-Based Education and Services Team is the research service for HWDSB, works with schools, departments, administrators, and scientific partners to facilitate research activities within the board that enhance school effectiveness and student achievement.
The Library and Learning Resources Centre (LLRC) has three main areas of responsibility that serve staff and students at HWDSB. They are responsible for School Library Support, Educational Media Library Services, and Kit Services.
